chimp 299
i speak from my personal testing on a stealth ( that was my disclaimer before deker says im a liar and need to prove it) but yes a longer barrel will increase ft lb , i added another 5 ft lb by putting a 18" barrel on a stealth. not sure about a longer silencer not sure about other air rifles Edited January 4, 2009 by chimp Quote Link to post
Guest air gunner
silencers in my experiance slow the pellet. mine only took it down by 0.5fps. Quote Link to post
donnyc 1,203
Longer barrel on a PCP will give increase in power plus more shots ..Silencer is not rifled so it will not increase power .Opposite with a springer it will decrease power. No scientific evidence for this sorry ..
