AzMaN 0
Hi all, a little question for all you left-handers out there. do you use ambidextrous stocks and right handed bolt action? or specific left handed rifles (im mainly looking at the .22LR size). thanks azman Quote Link to post
arveyboy 0
i'd hazard a guess that personal preference is the big factor when deciding. have a look around and enquire. its best to see what you're most comfortable shooting with. if i were you i'd go to your local dealer and ask to handle the rifle you want. cz 452 is a good start Quote Link to post
SNAP SHOT 194
i'm a leftie shooter, i shoot a right handed gun, straight cast, it's not a problem for me as i've been shooting for years.....with right handed weapons, the only thing i had to change on the shottie was the safety... i'm currently getting a mc millian ambi stock as part of a custom build, but for a rimfire try these..... http://www.staffs-synthetic-stocks.com/firearms.shtml Quote Link to post
sauer 2
i too am a left handed shooter and both my rimfire and my centerfire rifle are right handers with standard stocks.... but......... im now looking to get a rimfire with a left handed bolt and see how i get on ..... think it will be for the best once i get used to it....will be easier and more natural sauer Quote Link to post

AzMaN 0
ah good, gives me more of a choice over the rimmy range, was just looking through, and there dosnt seam to be all that many .22 L/H's around (and ive got my eye one the CZ 452 Silhouette. thanks for that custom stock link, they look rather nice. SNAP SHOT 194
you also have to think if you ever want to trade on some dealers may not want L/H guns, due to lesser sales market.......which was a decision i also took. And no probs on the link only too glad to help... Quote Link to post
