got me new chrono today, havent done a full reading but can tell u i tried 3 differant pellets and air arms fields push it over the limit so turned it down to keep legal so can say as well as accurate the s410 is full power, no probs .

look at my s200 mate vvv

 

beautiful gun, but there again, me like a complete divvy has spent over £600 possibly more on it lol,

but im very pleased with the gun,

and just hopoe it will last me a good few years,

 

everything about it is spot on!

 

seriously mate i would consider a s200 if i was you...

Second the s200 mate,

 

Although you cant get the old stock now(two piece), you need to get the new(one piece)

 

here's your's truley's with the one piece stock.

not sure on better model cause i never shot a s200 , but i think you will get a s200 cheaper than a s410, you may be best seeing if you can try both rifles out before u decide what suits you best, advice given to me was if the gun feels right then buy it,

Yeah nikko sterling 60mm Obj Lense. Its got a 32x zoom.

So you can literally see the rabbits eye as if its 2 inches from your eye :gunsmilie:

 

 

try both rifles out before u decide what suits you best, advice given to me was if the gun feels right then buy it,

 

This is sound advice, Try it before you buy it.

 

Although the S410 is a nice gun aswell...

Was £210+ shipping from nikko sterling, but it wasnt for my airrifle when i bought it ;)

 

Btw its the doggies danglers when lamping :o

 

I like the old stocked s200, my brother has it.

(still beat him at plinking though ;) )

Having never shot a pheasant with an air rifle could someone please answer this question for me. Surely if your shooting pheasants with a 12ft/lb air rifle and going for head shots your going to have a higher clean kill percentage than if you were to shoot a flying bird with a shotgun?

If your gun is a bag of shit and you can't get a head shot then the answer would be no.

 

However if you shoot a flying pheasant with an air rifle you're going to be lucky to hit anything.

 

It all depends on your skill as a shooter. They're different tools for different jobs.
