Australian cattle dog x greyhound pups

Another update on the acdxgh pups,9 weeks tomorrow and one less than last update.The larger bitch pup has gone to a great new home,just the 2 dog pups left and my bitch.Some pics of them today and this evening,tried to get them to stand the best i could but pups will be wriggly little feckers :icon_redface:

We wanted the good traits like bone,chest strenght,drive and tractability(will develope with age,so the juries out on that one at the moment) and good feet from the acd,just a bit of pace from the greyhound.Bloody beaming mate :D:D:D:boogie: with the result so far.

ther going to be leggy to tall for acd they will take the sires build 70% the one id keep would be a good one to keep back if any but its a dog

All crackers but you have made a good choice on looks, but you have the advantage of seeing the temperement as well, she's a belter.

looking good mate.dogs look strong,plenty of bone on them,should do the alround job,pre ban they were used for drawing,could run down a fox and lamp rabbits all night,night after night, iv got a bitch from the lurcher litter,perfect for me and mooching,hopefully the dog to replace my now very old collie x bitch,

shame you used a red heeler. would be cracker looking pups if thrown to the blue. good luck on them. was what i was looking at doing before i was forced by council to de sex. good luck, and ill be watching with interest!

Sort of get what your saying mate,the blue's do look nice but i like the speckle myself.But as we all know mate,a good dog can't be a bad colour ;):D

australian cattle dogs are not so common in this country and working blood even rarer,so to breed a working dog because its a pritty colour is daft,this bitch was bred from because she works ,has an unreal guarding ability feet like tysons knuckals and bone to match,shes brighter than whoever made the comment on colour, these dogs arnt for the show ring there for a job,
