And your right its not the Waterloo Cup because thats run to rigid rules that are known by the entrants, competitors and spectators this is nt a complaint or wanting a rule change its an attempt to open up the possible outcome you may have to make descisions on in the future

As far as I know, there is only one dog thru' to the 3rd round; LDR's dog Bruce, who beat my dog. I ran both my heats on schedule, but so what if the others are a bit late ??? It was meant to be a comp between like minded lads, and yes, Scouser had his concerns, but they were addressed, and hopefully accepted. As for MB, well, if everyone bent over backwards to accomodate him, he would still find some thing to shout about !! MY moan is that there are so many people telling us how it should be run, but didn't have the minerals to enter in the first place !!! I have enjoyed the hosting of other competitors and running my heats FAR more than I have enjoyed reading some of the crap that has been written about the comp, usually by people who don't have a clue as to what has actualy happened !!! I'm out of it now, but will have no hesitation about entering next year !!

I'm not telling you how to run the competition, merely suggesting the scenario

LDR and if either finalist is injured it could be April before its run

God forbid, but BOTH finalists might be injured !! But it WILL be sorted out; but possibly, just possibly, the comp will be ran off to a final, and find a worthy winner........ then watch the cockroaches coming out of the woodwork with challenges, and comments !!!!

There'll be no driving around in a landrover for heats up here and the luxury of not lugging all your catch around!!! By the end of it he'll be hoping cat dont catch more!!!!

 

I hope and pray i win my next heat and make the final, if mark makes it too all to the good, i'm sure IanB will allow him on here to publically say his world beating dog got beat by a 27in, too big for rabbits, useless dog from the pound...............

For all it's worth..... I don't know this MB, I just use him as a winding up tool... :dance: But what I do know is the comp wouldn't be the same if he wasn't in it. Not because his dogs are the best etc but more for the fact everyone wants to see him beat! Now, I'm an impartial bloke in all this and from the posts I've read on here, I reckon your the one I'd want to win. After MB of course God this trying to be nice for New year is reeeeeeally hard lol, don't know how long I'll last........

WWell when mark goes out this comp, thats how he'll be remembered..........as the loser!!!!

Here mate you better hope that LDR doesnt come to a sudden halt or your head will go right up his ass....There's a few boys been written of cause they dont pipe in every 5 mins about their dogs....hopefully WH's dog will recover in time anyone's match at the mo

dont get me wrong , we all know there are better dogs out there and i think a thl runner needs to win it.

 

tomo , i suppose he just got lucky against miles then ? it does happen i suppose . like someone mentioned the other day , mark is being taken out of his comfort zone for the comp .
