tdavepat 8
got a video of a mates dog took 32 rabbits single handed very fit dog and plenty to go at must have run 45/55 to get the 32 so you could imagine how many runns it would take to catch 100 single handed That would be my point. It might be done but it would be a one off I think and the dog would be done in. Dave Quote Link to post
anythingoes 28
no i asumed you meant lots i dont think 100 has been done before... and if so the land would be crawling.... Has been done, ground held lots, not crawling, many runners, few sitters, great little lamp bitch. Over 10 years ago, not mine, my mates. Others will have done it or seen it done. thier was a big right up on this in the countrymans weekly a few months back personly iam not so sure it could be done i think it a dog could get just over half way on good ground on the right night but 100 for 1 dog is a very hard achievment perhaps to much thats what a was thinking Me think so to !! . have seen 35 and dog was real tired afterwards Quote Link to post

snoopdog 1,256
ive seen a dog do 30+ many times in less then 2 1/2 hours and less the 40 runs to do so...and i meen many times..... Quote Link to post
WHITEYrs4 29
To even slip your dog on 100 rabbits the lactic acid the dog would produce would be through the roof, the dog would have tremendous pain from that sort of working! The dog would have to be past super fit to even cope with something like that. To the ones who say in ideal conditions it could be done in my eyes the only ideal condition that it could be done is to pen off a football pitch half of its size chuck the 100 rabbits in it and let the dog do its business thats the only ideal condition for it. Can you imagine how much that dog would be worth your talking grands!! I CANT BELIEVE IM STILL REPLYING TO THIS POST! Quote Link to post
