jimmy0211 2 Posted December 31, 2008 Report Share Posted December 31, 2008 my mate was given a frozen one a while back that was found on the road and reported, we asked J.Halet about it and he said he's not allowed to, nor is my dads mate allowed to mount it and then give it away. After calls to many different taxidermists including their governing body and a friend who holds a licence for recordong otter activity with NE, it appears you can only mount an otter legally with a licence . The licences is nowadays only licensed if its going to be used for educational purposes or for a museum. not for private collections. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
