Hannah4181 260
Having never been out with lurchers before and i had a great time out with Whin and few other members from here, learnt an awful lot and was made to feel very welcome. It was very reassuring as a complete beginner to have all my "stupid" questions answered and not be made to feel like an idiot!! My pup was really keen and hopefully i'll get the chance to start him properly now. I've got some pictures from sundays ferreting, will put them up as soon as i have a spare minute. fireman 10,935
That ferreting was a bit hard work wasn't it?,bloody stoat!,done more digging yesterday than i've done all year mate, but we got a few!.The lamping was also a bit thin on the ground game wise but with 5 of us out and no wind it was harder going than normal, but again the dogs caught a few and came home injury free(even breezy who hit that hedge in a train like fashion).Good crack and hopefully the wind will get up for a better night out this week sometime, glad we haven't put you off hannah and do get yourself a lamp girl your little dog will do well, anytime you want to go out just us a shout.
