I saw captain run week in week out never saw the dog jack.Saw spoldge run never saw him jack either has any one seen his sister run my [bANNED TEXT] has called hope imo this bitch is better than splodge jmho he bred litter not CM.

i too think a lot are well over rated... the bitch dancer should be classed as a legend for winning the forley and the doubles in one season, and a bitch from don southard witch won 3 competitions, 3 weeks in a row i think it was called lady. id of thought foxy was more a legend than snowy. but thats jmo.

so would moyses splodge be a legend he won the forley legends 1 week later running up the forley cup the same season he won a 16 dog invatation stake as well as winning many matches. i also believe his sire captain to be at the top of his game in his day and a very good sire capable hare killers.imo

People go on about dogs stashing IMO all dogs will do it even the best of the best if not run properly if a dog is injured and pulls up lame has this dog stashed?imo i think not also if the dog has run for lets say 4-5 mins on a good hare and cannot run no more i mean off its legs is this a stash?imo i think not the dog can only run on wots in the tank if theres nothing left in there imo the dog will STASH or has it just had ENOUGH ? to many people judge a dog on seeing it run once maybe they should see it run week in week out before telling every body they've seen it STASH.

Its well known that sploge would just pull up when it felt like it , stop on its first hare then kill its next 3 , isaw the dog run and was impressed with it , but a dog that pulls up as it did cant be called a legend ...I wasnt saying the dog couldnt run , just not a legend jmop,

bloody good job he didnt do it when he won all those matches,and competitions.

I'm a lincoln lad TP i know cm and i know if he pulled up on his 1st hare mate he would of got rid how old was splodge when you saw him pull up.Also if he pulled up on his 1st why would you enter him in any comps you miss your out why did the dog get to finals in this case also i never stated the dog was a legend.

ok it pulled up when he matched SV on his first hare , i never stated I saw him pull up , I never said you said he was a legend , I said it was well known he would stash for nowt , then go on to kill more hares the same day, it was Max who said he was a legend , i just stated that a dog that runs like this imop isnt a legend !!!!

good post top chalker, i think people dont appreciate how good some dogs actually are until they see them running in the flesh, ive been out with c.n's jack, snowy and casper they are all quality dogs but i'd say casper was the best :whistle:
