smelly 0
Had my whippet bitch out tonight for only the second time on the lamp.i tried a spot i havnt lamped in 7 yrs, it was lifting with rabbits and i even got two sitters...but the bitch wasnt playing ball she just wanted to walk as close to me as possible my two whippets are like chalk and cheese , the dog picks things up a lot quicker and was keener to be hunting. the bitch is a lot more laid back. It was still nice to be out and i got a half hearted run from the bitch as i walked back to the carpark with her off the lead. still early days as she isnt a yr old until 3rd of january it was also nice to see rabbits in numbers, must have counted 35 on the small 9 hole golf course. dont look like your a good hunter then seeing all them your more like a wont to be to me we have another dick who like s to start a fight Quote Link to post

Pay no heed to the bollox in some posts, take your time, put a search in for training a lamping pup, try the tips in the article, it may bring the pup on quicker, good luck. Quote Link to post
