These two pair of geese have been at a fishing lodge near me for the last couple of years. At least, I'm pretty sure they're the same ones. They're always together - always the two pairs, never one on it's own or just one pair. What type of geese are they, please? And am I right in assuming it's the same ones that I see all the time?

All the pictures I can find of swan geese, the white ones have the orange lump on their heads.

I'm baffled now ... does anyone have any ideas? What interets me most about them is that they seem to be permanetly paired up.

Chinese Geese, totally foreign and will have probably been dumped there at one stage or other. Probably can't fly either!

Cheers for that you guys.

There are some houses that back onto the fishing lodge. I wonder now if those four stick together because they live at one of those houses. Quite a few of the folks there keep fancy looking foul.
