Guest buster321c
At the minute im thinking of gettin a camera ( better than the camcorder / digital camera that i have ) . Im not really into photography and will probably not take fantastic pics , but would like to be able to take half decent ones . Im lookin at the Fuji Finepix S5800 which i can get for £89 , just wanted to know if its any good or not worth bothering with . I looking for something that i can zoom in with and have a detailed , quality picture . Truth known , im totally green on cameras / pictures , so any advise would help , atb Buster
Fidgety 8
Looks good! We have two fuji point and shoot types, and the colour detail is spot on. We have been looking at the S200HD which can be got for about £170.00 as an alternative to lugging all the canon gear around every time.
Guest buster321c
So you recon thats a decent camera ?
Fidgety 8
For 89 quid, yes! Can't see you being diappointed! I love my fuji E550, and thats well old, and was quite pricey at the time.

Fidgety 8
Adobe Photoshop Elements apparently, there have been a few discussions on it recently. I've not managed to do it yet. Perhaps someone lelse knows what is the best route for this. They do look good though. Good luck!
Guest buster321c
Ok thanks , can you recomend any software thats good to start with ??
MuttleMcTuttle 21
Elements is a pretty good starting point, but you could also look at the freebie "Gimp" or Picassa, and Paintshop Pro is also pretty good for photo editing and making pictures. You may find that your camera will come with a basic editing program.
