how did you make a living out of your hobby ?

personally i dont think you should be in the hunting game to make a profit, i know i most certianly dont, i do it out of love for the sport and seeing my dogs run

yes mate i dont see it as a profit thats why im asking this qestion so mmaybe it will be my job when im older

aye i personally dont think its really possible with all the food,vets bills and basic up keep of your dogs or whatever

hi all just wanted to ask how did you pro pesties make a living out of pest control was it very hard at first did you have to gain a good reputation i hav just started getting paid for ferreting jobs (£5 a brace ) when im older do you think i could make a living out of it ?

go for it ,i could think of easier ways to make a living, do a good job and your reputation will grow as will your income do 1 bad job and thats the one they will talk about,plenty of work out there for the right people, nothing for the wrong ,good luck :thumbs:

if thats want you want go for it .do your course's gain a good rep get in with bigger company's they will off load some work your way it is a good job your own boss great. its not all crow/pigeon/rabbit shooting thou i love it

yeah i no mate i want to be my own boss ill do any pest like insects\mice\rat\anything else lol

ferret boy im sure jpt would no how 2 trap/catch moles and she would show you how 2 go on

VERY, very few make a living at Pest Control by being too selective...what do you know about bed bugs, flour beetles, wasps nest.....and pretty soon the likes of the BPCA/RSPH exams will be compulsory!!

 

Then...you may just be able to make a living...but forget the flash motor, foreign holidays and designer clothes!!

thats why i want to learn about mate im not looking to be flash\rich just want to make one of the only things im good at into my job
