Dog pulling fur

not too sure if this is the right place to post but everytime i come home with my Dog he is ripping the fur out of his hind leg! i,ve checked for ticks, thorns, cuts ect but there is absolutely nothing there, he just wants to rip fur out?..any ideas?

First guess would be worms pal, get him dosed up and see if it stops if not the vets next because it could be a skin allergy

hi mate mine do it get his anal glands emptied some reason they always go for the back end even my ferrets glands get emptied every couple of months go your vets they should do it for free hope that helps DM

my terrier bitch gave herself a lovley brazilian as she is illergic to certian dog foods as my mother had given her the wrong sort, the vet said it was a flea allergy but that was bullsheet, i decided to change her diet and that sorted it out
