simononeill93 69 Posted December 24, 2008 Report Share Posted December 24, 2008 hi,i've got a wheaten terrier now three yrs old,he stands18.5 inches, the only thing he lacks is speed,he has a good nature,very obedient,good jumper and i would like a pup out of him.I don't know enough about lurchers so would like some advise.keep being told different crosses!wheatenxwhippet or greyhound or what? see attached photo Quote Link to post

whin 463 Posted December 24, 2008 Report Share Posted December 24, 2008 nice dogs the wheaton but saw some first crosses that were heavy for faster game but saw a few that were just [bANNED TEXT] , had one out many years ago a genuine one bred by m c glenn done two flushed roe and i was the flusher with my dogs as i was doing them a favour , u maybe have to pick the most greyhoundy one to get a decent dog as some will not be alot bigger than your dog and lack pace , Quote Link to post
