ChrisJones 7,975
Done. The RNLI are a charity staffed by many unpaid volunteers. Ofcom wants to bring 'market forces' to the maritime and aviation communications. This means that the RNLI will be expected to fork out two hundred and fifty grand, a year, to use marine radio frequencies. They currently pay around forty thousand pounds. This is f*****g ridiculous and typical of the Labour party. Let's tax search and rescue to see if they can still provide the service after we've squeezed them dry. It's not like they're making fat salaries, for selling shit and telling lies, they risk their lives day in day out for hell of it. CA could take a leaf from that book.
