which minshaw dogs did you see run bosun, how good were the ones you seen.

 

As soon as I put that part up about Minshaw dogs, I knew what would come back Lancer and i've put bits up on other posts about 'em so look back, plenty of 'em on here.

It would be a shame if this thred is turned into yet another Minshaw 'bicker'. It's about the comp, let it be so....

Regarding which dog the competitors ran, i'm willing to be corrected here but I believed the dog didn't have to be named when the money was paid but the dog you started the comp with was the dog you had to run throughout. Scouser ran a different dog to the one he intended to because of injury.

 

So how's that not fair on the other competitors?????????

 

 

ill re-read the rules. but i thort you had to name the dog after you pay, fair enough if it gets hurt and cant run so you use another,but lets say that his dog is having a bad streek butcan still runnn so he changes dog, id say that is un fair as if you were fallowing the rules and your onlt dog is hving a shit mounth it's unfair..... non on wich makes sennce

I doesn't really matter, cos mark said himself if he named one and the other was running better, he'd just say it was injured!!!!

bosun had 12 ooo acres of rabbit land and caught literaly thousands a year, but traveled 30 miles to do it dayly , were as l;ocaly rabbits are hard and tricky anything over six was a good nite within walking distance were you could course hares roe foxes get pheasants and make a bit money ,no if youve been at the rabbit game and caught 100 a nite or 50 odds a day yousing box traps ferrets lurchers nets etc since a boy you learn as all youre days your out rakeing the country side , i live in areas were rabbits were hard but , so i no there difficult but with a few well schooled dogs not rocket sceins and a clever understanding of your qaurry and prey i dont see it difficult as one its legal to catch them and not to hard to find them so dont find it a big dealand you can chap most farmes doors and theyll let you on to rid them of there pests in certain areas caut rabbits all over shitty places and great places ,never found it difficult as young boys old men females al sorts can do it ,but there other games thtas not so easy and youre takeing a chance and have to be alot more clever al the best

He got himself booted. I used to have a great deal of sympathy for Mark, at times he got a shedload of stick for no other reason than he was going out & doing a bit.

 

He got a bit of support, (which he deserved) and it went straight to his head.

 

Anyway, this thread is supposed to be about the lamping comp...

Not at all mate, i'm just sick of his constant attempts at destroying this comp and trying to manipulate it all round him!!!!

 

Its got nothing to do with lynch mobs, like you say him and W.H are running, yet he decides to send me 20 texts asking when they're running instead of ringing W.H himself, so if he involves me then i see it as my place to comment on it and i was starting to get bored with his silly behaviour, so easiest way is to let everyone know whats happening and then he can see for himself too!!!!

 

 

P.S. Seeing as i organised this comp, i think it gives me free reins to comment on it wherever i like.........

When we used to do lampin comps we'de all meet in the pub to sort it out etc, we'de nominate 1 dog apeice,you could not change dogs under any circamstances at any stage, if your dog became lame its just bad luck n your out the comp,if someone doesent turn up there out n the other lad got a bye,unless they have a genuine excuse, never had any probs, good luck to all left in the comp by the way.
