Any picts of pups and dam mate? And beardie or border hancock?

hi mate she has both bearded and border in her

Thanks for replying,She also has beardie and border in her.

I asked hancock for a rabbiting dog,for lamping and ferreting.

Only getting a bit paranoid, always kept whippets for both jobs, thought i try something a bit bigger,

but everybody who sees her reckons she'll be a monster(she is a monster)you know big.Hancock reckoned about 23inch,and that is what i asked for.

Can you tell me a bit about her, what age did you start her?Letting mine at 3mths to watch nets at moment.I am asking as to lamping, collie bred dogs seem to mature a bit earlier,so some people tell me.

Does she stalk her prey?

Sorry to bombard your head, but really want to know more.

Anything you can tell me would be very appreciated.

She has been a good lamp dog but will not tackle large quarry, she was tested quite hard on rabbits and other small fry last year until an injury stopped the season at the end of January, and this season has been slow to get going as her injury (torn Gracilis and triceps) could well of been career ending so taking this season steady and hopefully have her back to near 100% for next season

she has also taken a lot of daytime feather and also daytime rabbits that she has bushed herself she is only 3 1/2 years old so still to young to say how good she could/would of been or is

I also have an 11 year old 3/8 5/8 sired by enoch that has always been used in the daytime as a mooching dog and was still catching daytime rabbits until recently and no doubt still will given favourable conditions

Thanks chaz, wanted to know what to expect.

As to fox that's fine i leave that to the guys who have dogs with the heart to do them(horses for courses).

I tend only to hunt what i can eat.

I hope your bitch recovers well, thanks again for the info.
