I went to chech one or two mink snares with Woodga and then went back with PTB but the water was still too high and we couldnt find the snare.I told you both there was a mink snared and it had pulled into the water :tongue2::tongue2:

Yes we have a small camp on a pond. Good fly fishing area with 4 ponds all close by. Brook trout, except this one has "Silver char" also. Looks something like a trout without spots. Live down deep most of the year.

These pics where taken about a month ago. My grandson is up on the snow drift.

Ice should be out in about two weeks if the warm weather holds. 5 years ago the pond wasn't free of ice untill the first of june. Someyears snow from these drifts will still be there the first of July.
