Donkey Mentality

Recommended Posts

I thought that by now things would have changed a little, but as you'll see from most of my posts, I'm a bit of a soft touch, trying to be nice and wanting to see the best in folk. I thought Mr snareman, "Happy birthday by the way Glenn", was being a bit too pessimistic when he talked of the donkey mentality. I thought surely they can see that the man is right. I know he's right so surely BASC, and the Shooting Times team, The gamekeepers society, etc, etc can see that small snares set four fingers high between the beats, belongs in the 1898 version of How to trap and snare. Not a bit of it. You are absolutely correct Snareman, so I'm sorry for doubting you. They have the absolute donkey mentality of which you talk. Is he using wire rope as a snare for illustration purposes or is he trying to catch a stumpy legged rhino ?. :icon_eek:

Just look at the size of that untensioned noose also...........maybe Old Pat was advising him :whistling::icon_redface:

Don't Rolfe mate, poor Glenn might see this. I honestly thought he was overstating the case. :notworthy:
