If not, why must it be a blue bitch, she doesn't know what colour she is? Too many amature people playing the breeding game and too many litters being produced with no potential and with too many faults. Go and try buying yourself a decent bitch from a reputable breeder or try and get one with good working potential from a decent working background with the same request as above and I think you'll be told where to go.
