Out with the hounds

out yesterday with the usual crew.Got to the first cover and put 3 hounds in they got on straight away and pushed mr fox out which was taken by mates lurcher.Second cover drew blank .When we got to the 3rd cover we did we used we put 7 hounds in and then all hell broke lose .Fox s were on the move big time one showed and was took by one of the young lads with his bull cross.FO R about 30 mins the hounds did a smashing job and ran 3 in separte holes .The digs were 1 foot 2 foot and last was 5 foot

well done mate sounds like the dogs did ya proud!! was there a vixen in among them? just wondering if there starting to come into season with there being a few together

There were 2 vixen s among them my mates got a couple during the week and he said they were swelled

The hounds we have are mostly cross breeds some have little bit of terrier in them rest be harrier beagle and my old hound would be foxhound lab
