Ive just never eaten something shot with a shotgun. But yeah, goose cartriges are different in what way? Normally a larger size of shot, hence carries more energy to get through the thicker feathers, meat and break the stronger bones. I could be picky and say there's an I in there, but I shant But yes, Raft of Duck (though I tend to just call them a "Flight") Covey of Partridge Nye or Bouquet of Pheasants, Skein of Geese, Thats about all I can think of!
