They took my lamp off me 3 weeks ago cos i was walking on a tarmac public road at ten at night with my dog on a lead,2 keepers drove up the road and made me wait for the police,they said they was happy i didnt go on THERE land to me and the police!! The police said they would give it me back 3 days later when they "investagated" it and nothing was found dead which would be impossible as i was only there ten min and was only taking the dog for a quick piss after visiting a friend! they have finally rung me and said now they want to talk to me under caution next Sunday! Just makes me wonder what they have asked the keepers to say as i have a record!! Are they ever gonna get off our backs the lamp was 3 feking days old ! So lads beware on PUBLIC roads,its a JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Thanks for the replys! if they have no legal powers to block your right of way isnt that breaking the law , not like they made a citizens arrest is it , i would pursue this , not just the fact the police have your property , but the keepers blocking you from moving on imo thats not right if you were caught red handed doing summat you shouldnt have been doing then thats fair enough but as you were simply walking your dogs then i would bang some desks & ask for some explanations as to why you were stopped in the first place Just a thought maybe they want to speak to you regarding where you have permission to lamp , if the keepers briefed them saying you didnt have any local permision they may want you to justify why you had a lamp of that nature & possibly provide details of the landowner who's land you can work Quote Link to post Share on other sites
