Why dont you just stick the ferret collar up its arse??

 

If you use this method it's advisable to get a pal

to hold the dogs head for you and use some lube

like ky jelly or vaseline. There might be some

members on here that could get you lubricants

at w holesale prices!!

i usually take the locator of the collar and put it in a small ball of minced beef the dog swallows it and works perfectly no chance of looseing transmiter and dog shits it out in a few days?

very rarely i use my terrier in the way that i would need to put a locator on him, I have several ferret collars. and was thinking if i place a ferret collar around the top part of his front leg would that work. i know he would rip it of, but under the excitment of the fox i dont think he,d bother. what you all think

 

iF YOU ARE GOING TO MOUNT ON THE LEG, I WOULD USE AT LEAST 3 COLLARS TO BE SAFE.

 

i USE THE TRIPLE COLLAR METHOD ON MY TERRIER. hEAR IS A PHOTO OF HIM JUST BEFORE GOING TO GROUND.
