Guest MY LAW
Not very nice for the poor oaps though better off sending them round to a known paedo or some junky scumbags, someone who deserves a bit of attention I see your point though MY LAW and its a good idea in theory i now this is slightly diferent from sending them to another address but it is some thing i done and worked in my faviour ,i used to get quit a few visits from old bill ,untill i started to phone up and report my self for lamping saying i was some one else , ie the land owners,,then every time they turnd up i would record every thing they said also the time they came and went ,then put in a complaint to the right place using a good solicitor ,it soon stoped ,and i often wonderd how many proper calls of the land owners whos ground i was on ,was ignord by the law thinking they were hoax calls.or they just would not risk being wrong.you can also do it with the RSPCA. Graham Nicholson 0
just wondering if anyone knows of the lads who have been raided today, from lancaster its been on the news but they tell you feck all unless its beneficial to the rspca scumbags,as far as can gather the lad was raided this morning and lurchers and rabbit carcasses were seized, jesus christ my blood is boiling as i write this, weve got drug dealers, muggers, rapists, smackheads and god knows what else, yet the police find time to raid people like this,i hope come the next general election everyone off this site vote tories, wherever you may live, its the only way to stop these arseholes and get the ban lifted anyway il get off my soapbox now,and if anyone knows the lad or he might even be a member on here,if so i hope to god you get your dogs back off them muppets Interesting topic, where I live there is a large park, which was left to the people of this town, I think it’s known as common ground, I often enter the park under the hours of darkness, as the said park is a haven for rabbits, the park is surrounded by fields, and the rabbits, mostly live in the surrounded fields, however enter the park to graze, on the lush green grass, one evening I was exiting the said park, to do so one has to cross a duel carriage way, as I crossed to the oncoming traffic, a police car, was heading towards me, as I crossed it in turn slowed, and turned the corner stopped and waited for me to pass. One officer exited the vehicle, and asked what I was doing, I didn’t see any point in trying to hide the fact as, his next question was going to be, what’s in your bag? Sure enough what’s in the bag rabbits I replied? Have you got permission to take rabbits on that land permission? Know I replied it’s a memorial park left to the people of this town didn’t know I needed any, who would I ask, or how would I obtain such permission? There was much confusion, I was told to wait against a wall, while he contacted the station to take it under advisement; the outcome was they had no idea on how to deal with the matter, and at one point was going to call the RSPCA. The outcome was they sent me on my way. I asked a friend who works in legal department and they said that I didn’t it was common ground and would be impossible to bring about a conviction, if this is so and one is caught on their way home perhaps you may be able to use this excuse in your defence, bit of a long one sorry. Doglost Co-Ordinator 4
I cant say I like to see some of the injuries a working dog gets but I have learnt that you lads & lassess all look after your dogs. What winds me up is that they try prosecute you but the dogs that are starved & full of injuries through to kennel stress in approved kennel that are seized by police as dangerous dogs have naff all done to them. That is criminal- some of the dogs I 've seen photo's of are in worse states than your workers. As for RSPCA-dont make me laugh, I cant remember the last time they helped anyone. I'm involved in a few different places responsible for animals. It's about time some others woke up & got real. Quote Link to post
furdy 0
The Self Help Group for Farmers, Pet Owners and Others experiencing Difficulties with the RSPCA has put this page together because you need to be prepared before the RSPCA come knocking on your door. Many people have thought "It will never happen to me because........." and then it happened.. ...the called and they lost their good name and animals forever!! An uniformed RSPCA inspector arrives. They may knock at the door or you will see them looking into sheds, stables and buildings. They say that they have had a report about your animals and would like to check them. · Have they any rights to be on your property? ................................ NO!! · Do they have any special legal powers? ......................................... NO!! · Can they demand entry to your dwelling to look at your animals? ... NO!! · Can they demand that you answer questions? ................................ NO!! What should you do?? Be polite, but very firm and refuse them entry. Tell them to leave. If they refuse you are entitled to use reasonable force to eject them, as you would any other common trespasser. If a policeman is present, ask him to leave unless he has a warrant, or is going to arrest you. Do not volunteer any information. Keep your mouth shut, Refuse to answer any questions. Do not even give your name. They may caution you and tell you that you are not under arrest, using the standard police wording. They may do their best to ignore you and talk over you, trying to goad you into giving answers to their allegations. The uniform, the caution, and the general demeanour are meant to intimidate you. You may feel that you are being helpful to let them in and have a look round and you may feel that you have nothing to hide but do not let yourself be lulled into a false sense of security. Many innocent animal keepers have lost their animals in this way. If you allow them in you are opening yourself up to problems which could lead to you losing your animals even if you are a good and conscientious keeper. THE RSPCA DO NOT HAVE ANY SPECIAL POWERS WHATSOEVER. Get names, numbers, and rank of any person present, write them down. Cancel going shopping next day, the RSPCA has a habit of returning when you are not there. People have returned to find all their animals gone and receipts nailed to a post or door. If possible move your animals to neighbours and friends you can trust. What to do when they have left. Don't sit down and think that is the end of it. Your battle has only just started.. Get photographs of all your stock, land and premises. Get your vet out to look at all of your animals and get him to write a report. Act immediately on any recommendations he has. The written report is essential. Get specialist legal advice. Below are two phone numbers. We know of solicitors, barristers, and specialist vets and land experts who are accepted by the courts as expert witnesses. For any help : 0870 072 6689 Should your number be automatically withheld prefix the above number wth 1470 Hopefully none of the above has happened to you, and we hope it never will, but please be prepared just in case. Do not treat the RSPCA lightly. They are an immensely wealthy and incredibly powerful organisation who openly admit to breaching people’s civil and legal rights. Quote Link to post
