I've noticed a lot of new members posting a lot of bullshit threads!

Do some of you actually keep terriers? Or do you just like to say

"Nice pup nice dog etc etc" There's so many meaningless threads

here with the season well underway it's unbelievable. All these new

members that are shouting about terrier work and wanting to see

pics don't seem to be posting topics about their digs and how they

work their dogs? Seems a bit strange. Puts some of us off posting?

DEAD RIGHT MAC,and if you put up a pic of a worked terrier people call you for bad dog management,it takes seconds to take a pic of the dog on the sod when its done its job not really neglect is it!

So to become a Terrier Man, one has to show his so called Game dogs in action, doing Earth work.

I don't think so

Most of the guys I know are very private and never boast about there digs.

Any outsiders would never know what the dog and master are about to encounter.

me i prefere to hunt in private and not boast pity not everyones like us eh,

soon well be to shit scared to reply for fear of getting slagged off

I think the point that was being made here is the quality of the replies, If you were to of been here 18months and longer ago then you would of seen some quality threads from some good knowledgable terrier folk, look in the archives and you will see what I mean.......

 

Now, it just seems that people are more interested in there post count and this has had the effect that the place is full of numpties and interesting threads and good posts have become scarce

Why not invite all the members here out for a dig to see where you hunt and your dogs etc etc and have some go back to your permission behind your back ?, and steal your dogs ? plenty wrong ones on here.

well said, i helped a bloke out got him a good stud dog, bitch had the pups so next step was to show him and the pups nice easy earths to start off the pups, well next thing he is at the earths all the time, not letting them settle down, you live and learn, i do believe he is in the vip lounge now,
