Guest david1976
Looking into the possibility of buying a cheap 4x4 to help get around my shoot and transport feed there, deer back etc as quite frankly the citroen c1 is not up to the job!! Looking for a diesel one as i want to convert it to run on vegetable oil to keep the costs down so i can afford it. Have any of you any experience of converting and if so what vehicle do you have and has it worked ok, what are problems etc. Open to suggestions as to types however i am thinking of a hilux surf as a possibility. Cheers David.

Guest proudy
Mate also has ran all his motors on veg as he collects from catering shops etc & filters it. He has fitted heater switches on them & reckons about £100 to do it. He also said if u intend 2 buy new oil check out the price as it can be cheaper buying diesel. DDD 4
Go for an old Landy, either SVO or WVO. VW range of engines run fine on it. Just remember - change the bl00dy filters
