I wait until the jills genitalia start to shrink down then i remove the hob knowing that the job has been done. I find that if i leave the hob in for too long he keeps trying to mate with the jills and makes them very sore around their scruff.

if you no the hob that he will mate with her leave them togever for 24 hours :good:

You can leave him in with her till she has her young if you wish

But normally a couple of days is plenty for him to do the dirty deed

Just watch your bitches neck as this is were he might damage her during breeding and if she gets marked up take him out

She should be fine but might loose a bit of condition being in season all that time ,but i would still watch because your hob might still be firing live bullets after six weeks it depends how much he has in reserve :icon_redface:
