TOPPER 1,809
Shock collars are too remote...you've got to be in the action. Two nasty rageing terriers ain't fighting fuckall your honour if you've got the pair of them by the collars (left and right hand) and hold thier mush into the deck. Infact what they will be doing is exactly what the handler dreams up. Seen a human biteing pit cured once by a kid, granted it took him a good few hours but from the looks of things the pit had never before had it's head mopped around the room in a manner that demanded exactly when it was to turn left and right....it's body langauge suggested the position with it's arse in the air and it's lips kissing the deck("how hard did you say you was")...was a touch dispiriting for it ....more noticeable after the hour mark. Where there's a will ....there is a way. you are comletely right im suprised that people think that these problems cant be sorted they most definatly can with the correct handling dont give up on your dogs mate get it sorted the right way so they are fine with each other tried all that still didnt work as soon as they get the chance there fighting again iv e even replaced the wire mesh with blocks so they can t see each other , before it was 1.5 inch mesh and they would fight and bite through it Quote Link to post

nguruve 2
this topic is hard to comment on to try and help because you cant just say how to do it the dog with go of your body language and eachothers so you need a experienced dog behaviourist to come and show you how you should act around the dogs when they are going to fight and how to tell when this is and stop it. there are to many factors to explain on here in a message it needs to be shown in real life properly where it counts anyone who says it cant be sorted is talking rubbish Edited December 8, 2008 by nguruve Quote Link to post
