miniture bull terrier

well there guys i was just wondering if anyone has heard of miniture bullies used for work there size is ok if you find one small enough and with a small enough chest but im sure even though there arent any working lines i can find you could get a small one on foxes and definatly rats my standard bullies were murder on rats and anything else that entered my garden back in africa

miniature bull terriers dont need inventing as they are already a known and established recognised breed.

i found a page a while back that showed them doing field trials i believe in america and they were going to ground

i am just curious as i like the breed and think its got a good prey drive

i would think even the small ones are too big to travel mate , a friend of mine has a minature he recons is game and has taken foxes, but from what i've seen of them game ones are few and far between

you are completely right with what ive seen too

but im sure there must be small ones out there somewhere and with a little breeding would be a nice working breed typical kennel club are ruining dogs again

 

i know some are show dogs but the sort of sizes i think may be useful

they are still out there buddy,got to look hard to find the right one's.farlap if you think the modern day bull terrier is anything like the dog's hink's intended to breed/produce i recomend you do some reading on them.phisicaly they are no where near,mentaly some still have it.saying that what do i know i'm the 'stupid old tyme bull terrier' breeder.hail the K.C.

i know there were topics on it before and an artical in the countrymans weekly about some boys in england trying to get the breed back to something like hinks intended (from what i remember they were cracking looking dogs in the artical) instead of banana headed half witts, jmho
