Best thing i use specially for fox bites etc is the mastitis tubes farmers use when a dairy cow has mastitis can be injected into the cuts direct etc can even be put directly into the eye if the dog has a scratched or damaged lense... even stitches etc it can be injected directly into an area as it forces the gunk out and replaces with peniccilin.... a must have for the serious hunting lurcher... ive seen some serious states healed in extra quick time with this stuff!!!

what do you use for cuts on your lurchers im looking for something that is good at healing cuts fast

I give a penicillin jag 1 to 2ml depending on size of dog.Use cut and heal liquid or ointment also depending on type of wound.Any holes that cant be stitched i only wash out once and pack with ointment, for a stitched or stapled wound the liquid as ointment can gam staples or stitches too much

Try Sudocrem, works on everything, including nappy rash. :D

my own experience with this years back is that it prevented wounds drying up/healing even becomeing inflamed.never touched it again.

I use it mixed with tea tree oil and it heals everything. The smell of the oil puts the dog off licking or chewing the wound aswell
