A lot of the airgunners on the yank sites are raving on about them, saying good things about them.Suppose like all pellets they will be good in some brands of air rifles and not so good in others. Also the yanks are not restricted to 12ftlbs,they have full power guns over there so this might have a bearing on there use over here for most lads.We will just have to see how we get on with them over this side of the water.

:D:D

It was a Theoben SLR 88 this time last week, Gas ram underlever thingy, then I went to Target Sports in Bolton to get a few bits and he wanted to buy it off me, so I got a very good deal against a Falcon T Bird Titanium rifle, which once I got it home and had a play was both too light and also had leaked the air out :realmad:

So all credit to Target Sports went back the next day, another 100 mile round trip  and changed it for a a BSA Super Ten in .177, walnut stock etc, am well pleased with this one, seems nice and consistent with H+N Field Target pellets so far any way.............

Those pointy pellets........

This is what BAR say:

"Predator Pellets Enquiries - 20/03/2006

We have received alot of enquiries about the new JSB Predator polymer-tipped pellets. We received a batch of these pellets to test some time ago, which we distributed to various independant testers for their opinions. When we received the test results and reviews from our testers, the consensus was not good. They were found to be inconsistent and innacurate at distances over 20yards, and sometimes difficult to load in certain guns.

With great thanks to our independant testers and the the results they submitted, we have decided not to stock these pellets. "

Completely agree, have found them to be a pain in the hoop to load into the 10 shot mag on mine, and they go spinning off all over the place, can get groups of about an inch at 25 yards (out of practice!) but these were atrocious, high then low etc, threw the rest in the bin!
