Guest WILF Posted December 3, 2008 Report Share Posted December 3, 2008 (edited) The dogs look well to me, but I have to say that a bitch I have here looks just the same BUT when she was out working every night it was allmost impossible to keep weight on her. At this time of year a lot of work coupled with living out can take a lot out of a dog............just my own limited experience, but no amount of extra grub will change how they look, they just shit the extra out. Only rest over the warm summer and plenty of good food will put the weight back on..........as I said, JMHO Dont be offended when I say that maybe the person who is saying they are overweight and has the "skinny" dog works there dog a bit more than you and is just not putting there brain into gear before making comment about your dogs. Maybe there dog is bred a bit differently to yours, maybe they are just built different...........who knows, but rest assured yours look ok to most people I would think.
