I don't think It's the Pup as It seemed to come all of a sudden...

She walked Into the Fence head first Simon & Couldn't get out straight away ;)

I'll try the Diluted TCP, how should I do It? 50/50?

Also how often?

Cheers

Bull terriers can have skin problems of all sorts (acral lick disease is one) but I recon that problem is caused from one of the two things mentioned or both, first started by the fence then aggrivated by the pup. Though whatever the cause, on a bull terrier it always appears bad.

Electric fencing can cause some nasty marks, many moons ago (very pre-ban) I pulled over to lamp a fox from the road side, on a field I knew well, called it in and sent my old bitch over a big flat topped hedge with a bigger drop on the other side, she did this with a running jump off the road and as she was a fair jumper cleared it fine.

Hit the fox square in the eyes with the beam and awaiting my bitch to get on it...Nothing?

Takes a look over the hedge and finds her 'breakdancing' on a large, loose spool of electric wire, unable to get off!!

Launched myself over the hedge and gets her off it, luckily, though petrified she ok'ish.

Checked her out and found she had loads fo big red welts criss crossing her belly, in a bit of a mess. Nothing that didn't heal quickly though.

Learned a big lesson and felt a right idiot for letting her leap into the unknown in the first place, could have been a whole lot worse! :icon_redface:

it does look like a allergic reaction, someone i know has a pure white staffy and she is allirgic to wet grass and comes up in little lumps (not as bad as your dogs) and has to be bathed in special shampoo reqularly

you tryed giving him antihistamine, my lecturer at collage says its the same thing for humans and dogs, but dont take my word for it though
