Guest The Amazing Dog Faced Boy Posted April 4, 2006 Report Share Posted April 4, 2006 Hello all, I am a keen Air gunner from North London – fairly new to hunting really... There isn’t much to shoot around here - well there were 100’s of grey squirrels (happy days) – but not any more – and the odd Woodie, Magpie or Jay sometimes flaps by now and again. I usually visit the inlaws in Herefordshire to go shooting now – as they are keen shooters, know all the local landowners and have some proper guns – I went deer stalking over Christmas, great fun! I shoot with a non-FAC Theoben Rapid 7 (although it can be turned up fairly easily to around 22ftlb if I’m with anyone with a ticket :whistle: ) – it’s fairly standard with a nice mil-dot 6-24x50 scope and 10Mw green laser (which I highly recommend for range finding and zeroing in – also quite good for squirrels as they find the little green dot fascinating and try and to pounce on it).
