shell 42
Hiya all, Malcs always fancied a straight whippet, but has been a bit wary of running a straight whippet on the ground we work. It's been a case of wait and see if anything suitable comes up. On the other hand Malcs always been after a Kelpie cross lurcher... we had one provsionally ordered years ago but then I found out I was pregnant with Nim and we decided we better cancel the order. Can you see where this is going?!!! Before we lost Atol the other week we'd made arrangements to go and look at a new addition to the household. A 3/4 whippet 1/4 kelpie (Malc was happy as a pig in mud when I said we could enquire about one!). The day before we lost Atol we made arrangements to go and look at the litter the following weekend. Bit wierd after losing At going to look at the pups, but I'm glad we did. Pups were well turned out, all the dogs were in tip top condition as well. And we brought this little sh*te home with us. She's called Kes, and is quite a handful! Very expressive with her teeth, but she's getting better! Really clean in the house, asks to go out most of the time, and has settled in really well with the other dogs who just seem to have accepted her... it's like that 'oh another pup, oh well' attitude! Kes's mum Kes with her best mate Nim Asleep with Glory Behaving! So thats Kes... be interesting to see how she turns out! Shell Quote Link to post
