Guest rexdigger Posted November 28, 2008 Report Share Posted November 28, 2008 went out last weekend with the terriers and lurchers to try a few earths tried loads of earths that morning nothing doing decided to try a spot that i have had quite a few things off over the years had my 14 month old russell pup with me and 2 lurchers tried the pup at a one holer on a steep bank it was marking 100 percent but i decided not to enter her as i dont think she is quite ready yet the lurchers were going mad also so a phonecall to a friend who has a patterdale bitch saw us digging to a depth of 4 foot broke through on top of the dog and fox lifted the dog out and let the fox run off my mate then let go of the lurcher to help me back fill and tidy up this is when it dissappeared when we found the dog it seems the fox hadnt gone very far before the dog caught it oops Quote Link to post
