They make the cone so it's a snug fit doesn't have to be sticky soon as the cone goes over there head they just sit there as they feel vulnerable an better to sit tight than flap about blind. It's just like when you hood a bird of prey they go from flapping about when training to sitting stiff lol.

Just out of curiosity mate did it have the sticks and catapult elastic and the steel pins.

It did mate, but I just found a far cheaper one, also in Portugal, the guy who offered me one for a One'r must have been trying to stiff me, but his was hand made,so maybe not.
