here's the doe I shot the other day, skinned her this morning ready to cut up and put in the freezer, covered in fat and in top condition, you cant beat cold weather to put a bit of fat on them.

I butchered mine on the kitchen worktop yesterday while the other half was out. It was way too cold to do it outside. Had to do a CSI style deep clean afterwards. Think i've been rumbled though as she asked why there was a junior hacksaw on the draining board
