How many net's

Hi there all just a quick quistion but how many nets should you have and do you need gate nets and long nets as well.

You can never have enough nets.

 

It all depends on the amount of holes on the warrens you are ferreting.

 

If there is 10 holes, you will need 10 nets and a few for spares. and so on.

 

As far as gate nets and long nets go, its handy to have them, it all depends on the enviroment and terrain you are working.

 

Budget is also a big factor.

 

Start with purse nets, get some ferreting done and find your feet, then think about putting your hand in your pocket.
