have any of you caught any pheasants by accident snaring

Yes,when i was fence snaring with woodga,we had 2 pheasants that had come through the fence on rabbit runs. Both where released ;)

Nice to see you set a good example mr T. I used to have rabbiting on an estate, and was advised against fence snaring by the keeper after I'd reduced his pheasant stocks by one or two. He'd been round before me. The answer is, be there on the grey dark, then you can release them  before anyone knows you've caught them in the first place.
