SUTTER scopes and binoculars

Hi all,

 

I recently bought new binoculars directly from

I used my binoculars only one day stalking under rain and they are not waterproof at all. It was one month ago and there is still water on the glass. I asked for a replacement, a refund or an exchange and I was offered a 30euro discount only

 

A friend of mine has a similar problem with a scope. These products are not waterproof. Customer service refused to change the scope again.

 

This company tells lies to sell you low quality products and they have absolutely no consideration for their customers. Save your money, don't buy from them

Sorry Pal but you should have saved a few more dollers up and got decent gear from a reliable seller.

Paddy if your bino's say waterproof on them and they are not then you may exchange them for a new pair at no extra cost or get a refund,

i would keep persuing the issue, and not them them get away with that sort of crap,

Small claims court, should waken them up a bit.................
