shaun sale 0
hey just thort id do a topic called whats the best bit of kit you own not includeing your rifle. as we all know their lost of stuff out their for us to help us with our sport but what actually works for us. thort this woud be a gud pice for all the newcomrs and as xmas is only 5 weeks away might help sum of you get sum ideas of what you would want in you stocking. the best bit of kit for me is my mini macheti its about 16 inches from the top of the blade to the bottom of the handle. i wouldent go to a shoot without it because it has so meny uses. heres just afew of what i use it for.its great from natural hide building instead of carrying a saw and pruners .i use it to hamer the pegs down in my shop bought hide and camo blind. if you like to stay out for awhile when hunting its great for spliting tinder for a fire. i use it to butcher quarry and slices thru bone like butter .i use the handle as a priest for snared or traped quarry.its gud for sliceing thru turf if you go ferreting .i stick it in the ground as a peg for support on longer shots .like the pegs in hunter feild target shoots. i can hook leged rabits on it and put them in a tree away from mr foxy.and its great from geting mud out of the tread of your boots when going home. and it saves space in my bag instead of carrying variouse tools.thats just afew things i use it for.and at only 17 quid it dosent break the bank. happy hunting guys carnt whait to see what else we all use.
