anyone looked into the pros and cons of this breeding

WHY..WHY..WHY..WHY..WHY..WHY...WHY..WHY..WHY :blink::blink::blink:

I cannot see any use for a racey dog with a head like a dumper truck..........unless its for drawing in some other part of the world.

why would anyone want a a racy athletic powerfull dog with maybe abit more courage that would finish things quick and not take much punishment back why do people use proper bull terriers over greyhounds and produce similar types just out of interest what type of cross do you have as we can only run rabbits in this part of the world

we have bull greyhounds and a couple bred half minshaw lurchers........they are racey......powerfull........and athletic and do what is asked of them...........

Nowt personal but there just seems to be a strange fasination with throwing huge meatheaded dogs into greys in an attempt make the perfect lurcher........

Just call me old fashion....but I just dont see the point when there are plenty of good lines already out there doing their thing.

..................... lets really go for it ....this should get the chavs going

3/4 Great Dane 1/4 Wolfhound x pitbull x doggo / rotti x grey....any one work these or got any pictures??.... :blink:

try boardogs they have a few of that breeding they seem to have produced some cracking dogs from the above mix tried and tested in the field :blink::blink::blink:post-12-11895473641.jpg

..........................suprize surprise.......how did I know a picture would apprear :blink::blink::clapper:

Dogo's really game dogs but illegal over here. I think some of the AB have dogo in them along with pit, the lines are Hines, not Johnsons.

Dogo have AB in them as dogo is a relatively new breed, it also has Wolfhound, St Bernard, Pit-bull, Labrador, Boxer along with other breed's i can't remember off hand, but they are a very smart, brave and fearless hunting dog.

i know where theres a few dogo's in the uk... a friend i know has some..... hes also put a dogo over a greyhound bitch been using them on boar for some time!!!

the benefits of using a dogo for those who wouldnt think it... is a the racey conformation and b the height dogos range from 25-28" to the shoulder a first cross male would make 26" plus all day long a first cross bull grey would only make about 23"-25" on average!!! a def first choice for anyone hunting big game!

The base line of Dogo is a cordoba which they reckon were totally mental and wouldnt tollerate other dogs, this was the reason behind adding other breeds into the cordoba to create a dog that could be used with other dogs. Dont know about AB being added into them, that must be a recent addition to a line within the Dogo, but I do know Dogo was used along with pitbulls in the creation of the Hines AB, which are the best line of AB you can get(personal preferance).
