FOXHUNTER 5,021
Well the forecast for today was glorious , so it was up with the larks and away stalking.Bumped 3 roe straight away with good reason as the cover they were in was up to your neck I then spied a roe standing next to the river , so crosshairs on neck at 90 yds and that was 1st one grassed I then continued down the valley and came across charlies calling card ....... His card is marked next time we lamp David I then continued around soaking up the sunshine and the scenery as it truly was a glorious day....... 11.30 AM and I headed for another piece of ground and was fortunate to get straight onto another within 10 mins of leaving the car , another neck shot off the sticks this time though only about 60 yds ........ Makes you glad to be alive on such a stunning day Quote Link to post
