lurcher with cut slow to heal would hydrogen peroxide heal it faster or would it just keep it clean, iv seen topics on here where some people said it prolongs healing

I dilute it half and half with water and use it to fizz out any dirt,but use it just for the initial cleansing ,then ,either salt water, cut and heal, or tcp/savlon.If you use HP ,more than the once it can impede healing ,and keep it away from eyes.
