ghillies 209
a 6 quid ebay laser mounted on the barerl as close as you can get it to the bore center (1/2 either way with above being of more use than below) as an aim point from 1-20-25 yards dot on, bar a minour side way amount before and after the zero distance..not enough to worry about untill the extremes... put it this way a lotta guys talk in 1 inch groups when your gun shouls be pellet on pellet capeable... espetialy at 30 yards. obviously the dot on a cheap one gets huge further out but covers the twenty yard varience lol... for ratting its way efective 'from the hip' with night viz goggles or mono on your bonse. as a range finder wel...8 inch away from your scoe and it'll show you may or may not be at thirty yards lol... think the logan under the barrel mounting point stinks..but there yu go.(maybe as a range finder....) Mohamed Tassem 0
I use a laser on my Condor. The laser is zeroed for 10 yards and the scope for 30. As for them being useful, its a personal thing. But its always useful having multiple aimpoints. Especially if your scope cannot focus down to short distances. At night I doubt the use though as the laser is sure to spook the quarry. Mo. Quote Link to post
