Squirrel_Basher 17,100
A mate of mine has a quad which we have done up a bit to allow comfortable lamping .Good padded seat for passenger ,hand warmers and rifle/shotgun carrier .Went out last night on some of his ground .Very wet but the 4wd took it all in its stride .Shot a few rabbits for the ferrets and a small vixen which i called a long ,long way ,up to a good half mile id say .Saw the eyes way off as just a tiny speck but followed her down the valley and up to us where my mate shot it with the .22 .On the way back down a lane we had a head on with a badger which survived the full weight of us and quad and ambolled off on its journey Quote Link to post

whippeter69 88
Nice kit on the quad mate, makes life easier lol Quote Link to post
Yokel Matt 918
Certainly looks like it was on the damp side, although the quads are quite a bit lower that a road going 4x4 they come into their own on the wet ground. A good bag Quote Link to post

A good bag Also the ability to drive on seeded ground without damage is a major plus point over a 4x4.. Although if your dragging them round farms using a trailer they can become a bit more hassle... But definitely excellent tools, that can get you plenty more in the bag.. Quote Link to post
