you would of been cheaper buying a concrete garage, i bought a 28sq/foot for around £2000 erected. why did you need permission?

lot of hard work gone in to that by the looks of it, any drainage system for cleaning out the run? fair play to you, a well kept kennel means well kept dogs, good luck

under floor heatinl only messin . im gonna put some surface drains infront of both gates run to a man hole at the end of the garden
